Our craftsmanship promise applies to installation work for the original customer while they own the property. Equipment and materials have separate warranty terms.

Alabama Crawlspace Solutions warrants the craftsmanship of our crawl space installation for the lifetime of the installed system, for as long as the original customer owns the property.
This Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty applies specifically to the installation of materials and products installed by Alabama Crawlspace Solutions. If an installed component becomes loose, detached, improperly secured, or otherwise fails as a direct result of our installation workmanship, Alabama Crawlspace Solutions will correct the affected installation at no labor charge to the customer.
This warranty covers installation craftsmanship only and does not constitute a lifetime warranty on the products, equipment, or materials themselves.
Normal wear and tear, physical damage, flooding, groundwater intrusion, plumbing leaks, structural movement or failure, pest or animal damage, acts of nature, alterations or repairs performed by others, misuse, neglect, or conditions outside the control of Alabama Crawlspace Solutions are not covered by the Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.
Equipment & Manufacturer Warranties
Mechanical and electrical equipment, including dehumidifiers, condensate pumps, controls, and similar components, are covered solely by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
AprilAire dehumidifiers currently carry a 5-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, subject to AprilAire’s warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, registration requirements, and warranty procedures. See the AprilAire warranty information and registration and the manual for your specific model.
Condensate pumps and other accessory equipment are covered for the duration provided by their respective manufacturers. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and model.
Alabama Crawlspace Solutions does not extend or replace the manufacturer’s equipment warranty and does not warrant mechanical or electrical equipment for the lifetime of the crawl space system.
Any replacement parts or equipment supplied under a manufacturer’s warranty remain subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Labor, shipping, diagnostic, removal, reinstallation, or other costs not covered by the manufacturer are not included unless specifically stated in writing by Alabama Crawlspace Solutions.
